One of my readers was kind enough to point out recently that "Swamp Yankee," a phrase I jokingly use to refer to my "cultural background" does not actually mean what I say it does.
Harrumph! And I have such a strong appreciation (one might even call it a fetish) for linguistic precision.
I ain't changin' it though. Nyah!
